Commission Disclosure

Objective

As per SEBI and AMFI guidelines, we transparently disclose the trail commission received from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for distributing Regular Plan Mutual Fund and SIF schemes. This disclosure covers all AMCs with whom Abhinav Mehta Capital Pvt. Ltd. is empanelled.

Investors can verify actual commission details in their Consolidated Account Statement (CAS).
We receive distribution fees from Portfolio Managers for PMS distribution (APRN-05970).
We receive a share of brokerage from Nuvama Wealth and Investment Ltd. for AP services.
No gifts, trips, or non-cash benefits are received from AMCs. Recommendations are based on objective criteria.
