This policy applies to all personal data collected through our website (https://credible.live/), Investwell client portal, physical forms, emails, phone calls, WhatsApp communications, and in-person meetings.
It covers MF, SIP, PMS, and Securities Market (Nuvama AP) services.

• Full name, date of birth, gender, marital status
• PAN, Aadhaar (masked via CKYC/KRA only), address proof
• Bank account details, cancelled cheque
• Email, mobile number, correspondence address
• Income details, occupation, employer
• Risk profile assessment (RPQ) responses
• Investment transaction history, folio numbers, CAS data
• Nominee details, FATCA/CRS self-certification
• Website browsing data (cookies, IP address, device information)
• Nuvama trading account details (for equity investors)

4. Purpose of Data Collection

Your data is collected and processed for:

• KYC compliance (SEBI/AMFI/PMLA)

• Mutual Fund, SIP and PMS transaction execution
• Portfolio reporting and review
• Grievance redressal
• Regulatory reporting to SEBI, AMFI, APMI and Nuvama
• Communication regarding your investments

5. Data Sharing Rules

With AMCs / RTAs:

For transaction execution, folio creation, and CAS generation.

With Portfolio Managers:

For PMS account setup and portfolio management (APRN-05970).

With Nuvama Wealth and Investment Limited:

For equity/F&O/commodity account setup and trade execution under our AP relationship (SEBI INZ000005231).

With Regulators:

SEBI, AMFI, APMI, Income Tax authorities, and PMLA authorities as mandated by law.

With Investwell / Backoffice:

For record maintenance, portfolio tracking, and reporting.

We do NOT sell, rent, lease, or share your personal or financial data with any external marketing agency, advertising platform, or unrelated third party under any circumstances.

6. Data Storage & Security

Digital records are stored on encrypted storage with mandatory access controls. Physical documents are stored in secure locked cabinets at Jodhpur office. Password policies (minimum 8 characters, changed every 90 days), firewall protection, antivirus software, and regular security audits are implemented. No client data is stored on personal devices.

7. Data Retention & Disposal

Records are retained as per SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, AMFI Guidelines, PMLA Rules, and Income Tax Act. After the mandatory retention period, physical records are securely shredded with proper disposal logs. Digital records are permanently deleted from all storage locations, including backups.

8. Your Rights Under DPDPA 2023

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data held by us.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure/deletion (subject to applicable regulatory retention requirements).
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
