Investor Rights

  • Right to receive complete, accurate information about any MF/SIF/PMS scheme before investing.
  • Right to know all costs, commissions, and fees (including trail commission from AMCs, PMS distribution fees, and Nuvama brokerage).
  • Right to a documented risk profile assessment before any recommendation.
  • Right to receive written unsuitability communication if a product exceeds your risk ceiling.
  • Right to transparent, timely grievance redressal within 15 working days.
  • Right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal data under DPDPA 2023.
  • Right to invest in Direct Plans directly with AMCs at a lower expense ratio.
  • Right to switch between Regular and Direct Plans.
  • Right to access SEBI SCORES and SMART ODR for unresolved complaints.
  • Right to receive periodic portfolio statements and Consolidated Account Statement (CAS).

Investor Obligations

  • Provide accurate KYC and personal information.
  • Complete risk profiling before investing.
  • Read Scheme Information Document (SID), Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Key Information Memorandum (KIM), and PMS Disclosure Document before investing.
  • Inform us of any changes in personal details, bank accounts, or nominee information.
  • Review portfolio statements and CAS regularly.
  • Do not share login credentials, OTPs, or passwords with anyone.
  • Comply with FATCA/CRS requirements.
  • Report suspicious communications immediately.

Distributor Obligations

  • Act in the investor's best interest in accordance with the AMFI Code of Conduct.
  • Conduct proper risk profiling before any recommendation.
  • Disclose all commissions and distribution-related compensation transparently.
  • Not guarantee or promise any specific returns.
  • Tag every transaction with a valid EUIN.
  • Resolve investor grievances within 15 working days.
  • Maintain records for a minimum of 8 years.
  • Comply with all applicable SEBI, AMFI, and APMI guidelines.
