We provide the following services through our website https://credible.live and the Credible.Live mobile application (Android and Apple iOS):

• MF & SIF distribution under ARN-280109.
• PMS distribution under APRN-05970.
• Equity/F&O/Commodity execution via Nuvama AP (SEBI INZ000005231).

We are NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate KYC information, completing risk profiling, reviewing scheme documents before investing, keeping login credentials secure, and reporting discrepancies promptly.

4. No Guaranteed Returns

We do not guarantee any specific returns, minimum returns, or capital protection on any investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Commission & Fees

We receive trail commission from AMCs, distribution fees from Portfolio Managers (PMs), and a brokerage share from Nuvama. Commission is included in the scheme's Base Expense Ratio (BER) and is not charged separately. Direct Plans are available at a lower expense ratio.

6. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA 2023). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any losses arising from market movements, investment decisions, system failures, or third-party actions. Securities market investments are subject to market risks.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
