Understand SIF derivatives and leverage-related risks.

PMS

Read the PMS Disclosure Document before investing.
Ensure the minimum investment amount of ₹50 Lakhs.
Understand that we act as a Distributor and not as the Portfolio Manager (PM).

Equities / F&O / Commodity (Nuvama)

Read the SEBI Risk Disclosure Document.
Understand Futures & Options (F&O) leverage-related risks.
Verify all Nuvama contract notes.
Keep your trading credentials secure.

General

Report any suspicious communication immediately.
Use SEBI SCORES or SMART ODR for unresolved complaints.
Ask questions if you have any doubt regarding product risks or fees.

Do NOT invest without understanding your risk profile.
Do NOT share your OTP, password, or login credentials with anyone.
Do NOT expect guaranteed returns from any investment.
Do NOT invest beyond your approved risk profile or risk ceiling.
Do NOT ignore any unsuitability communication received.
Do NOT make investment decisions solely based on past performance.
Do NOT fall for schemes promising unrealistic or guaranteed returns.
Do NOT trade in F&O without understanding margin requirements and unlimited loss risks.
Do NOT invest in PMS without meeting the ₹50 Lakh minimum investment requirement and understanding exit terms.
